Tropical medicine is that the branch of drugs is devoted to treatment, care and cure of tropical diseases, that are usually occurring in developing countries because of lack of hygiene, information etc. the foremost usually occurring tropical maladys are Chagas disease, Dengue, Helminths, African trypanosomiasis, kala azar, Malaria, Sexually transmitted infections etc.

 Infectious diseases are disorders caused by morbific microorganisms — like microorganism, viruses, fungi or parasites. Some infectious diseases are often passed from person to person. Some are transmitted by bites from insects or animals. Medications accustomed treat infectious diseases includes antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals, antiprotozoal, and anthelminthic.
